Purpose and legal basis of data processing
Personal data provided in the contact form will be processed to respond to the inquiry and the purpose of the current recruitment procedure, based on:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the controller in handling inquiries and communication, or
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if the inquiry is related to recruitment process.
Providing the data contained in the recruitment documents is not obligatory, however, it is a condition that enables the candidate to apply for a job at Draftex Automotive GmbH.
The data of job candidates may be made available to entities acting on behalf of the Data Controller, i.e. entities providing recruitment support services, under relevant personal data processing entrustment agreements.
Additionally, the website uses Google Analytics for traffic analysis and Google reCAPTCHA v2 to protect against spam and abuse. These services may process data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring website security and performance).
The data will be stored for a maximum period of 1 year or until the inquiry has been fully processed.
Data protection rights
The data subject has the right to:
– access their personal data,
– request their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing (under Art. 18 GDPR),
– object to processing based on legitimate interest,
– lodge a complaint with the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI) in Germany.

This website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistical data about user interactions.
